In the television business, Mike's clients have developed, produced, written or appeared in scripted, factual, lifestyle and documentary content for partners including NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, The CW, Amazon, Netflix, CNN, PBS, Food Network, Discovery, A&E, Bravo, History, SyFy, Lifetime, MTV, VH1, BET, CNBC, OWN, TLC, Nat Geo, Animal Planet, Cooking Channel, HGTV, Hallmark Channel, Tru TV, Travel Channel, Starz, Sundance, WE, Discovery Family Channel, DIY, Game Show Network, Great American Country, Z Living and QVC.
Mike has also represented restaurateurs, gaming resorts, marketing agencies, network executives, product developers, musicians, music publishers, record labels, live event producers, technology companies and innovative entrepreneurs of all kinds.
Outside of his legal practice, Mike has worked as a television producer, talent manager and consultant, diverse experiences that inform the counsel he delivers to his clients.
Mike founded the New York law firm Sword Law, LLC after working in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP.
